on my way to dayton tonight to pick up a world traveler from the airport, I encountered the worst storm of my five year driving careerand it dawned on me.
water is the most beautiful and the most terrifying natural event in the world. water makes the oceans, the soft pitter patter on a window pane as you drift to dream, it makes the flowers grow and the puddles to jump.
yet
it is terrifying. demands respect. beautiful and awesome.
the lightening would have taken my breath away if I hadnt been so concentrated on the road.
happily home now- to enjoy the pitter patter of the rain drops on my pane.
